I wore this to my bestie Jess‘ 30th yesterday. After vetting, I rushed home and grabbed the warmest outfit I could find within 5 minutes. Gotta love cashmere for that reason. Jess (What Would Karl Do) and I are born a few days apart and have so much in common. Meeting her over 3 years ago was one of the best things that happened to me whilst I was running my previous boutique. She has been both a constant source of support and inspiration to me, both in terms of fashion and motherhood.
My apologies for being a little MIA on social media lately. I’ve been working non-stop as a vet. Being a locum, I am can either be a lady of leisure (I didn’t work for the entire month of April, thanks to fashion commitments) or a busy beaver. Working 10 days in a row is becoming common in my calendar now. Plus I love meeting friends for dinner after work and I recently became addicted to Kingdom Rush… Since I’ve been super blessed and free of pregnancy symptoms I’m vetting more than I did before I was with child as so many colleagues are away on holidays. In the past week, I’ve had some colourful experiences: been a victim in an armed robbery, the recipient of a vicious cat’s chomp, and had our 20 week ultrasound scan. Thank God the outcomes have been favourable, no one was hurt, I can feel my thumb again, and miniKee is alive and looks normal!
This photo has already been analysed by girlfriends and aunties to determine miniKee’s gender. Can you figure it out?
[spoiler title=”中文版”] 昨天我穿了这一身去参加我的好朋友Jess的三十岁生日。作完兽医后，我赶紧回家，在5分钟内找到最温暖的衣服。这就是为什么我爱羊绒的原因。Jess和我出生相隔几天，我们有许多相同点。3年前当我开店的时候遇见了她，是我一生的亮点。她一直对我带来支持和关心，无论是在时尚博客还是怀孕方面。
我道歉最近我没有在社交媒体上那么活跃。原因是因为我一直不停的在兽医工作。作为一为临时代理兽医，我要不是挺休闲的（4月分因为时装周，我整月没有上班）或忙碌地不停。最近我经常会连续工作10天。主要因为我怀孕没有任何症状，非常感谢神。我比我之前没有怀孕时还工作的多。在过去的一周，我经历了一些扣人心弦的时刻：有一天晚上我当了抢劫的受害者，被一只不高兴的猫咬伤了，并看到了我们20周宝宝的超声波扫描。感谢神经历都不是负的，没有人受伤，我又能感觉到我的拇指了，而且医生说我们的宝宝看起来一切正常.
