Dining at David’s for me is like going to my parents’ house, feasting up a storm and reminiscing about childhood days. Only that it’s even classier, there’s a bigger wine list, and there are cute waiters! I have been looking forward to this dinner since David’s launch, recorded here. All day I was running around like a headless chook, but the stress and worries of work melted away as I stepped into the all-white walls of David’s. The tranquility set in, as did the hunger (my fast metabolism is often a double-edged sword). As soon as I relaxed into my chair, the banquest began…

This looks like pasta but is far from it. The healthiest of them all : Shanghai Popeye. Crunching on the healthy bamboo shoots of this traditional dish was a stroll down memory lane. Yes I am proud to have grown up in the land of pandas.

I was sent this body harness a while ago from Charles & Grace and only just started wearing it. Reason being I thought it’d be really fiddly to put on and elongate my limited morning prep time (usually wash-dress-and-go). But when I finally figured out how to wear it (it’s like a necklace for your neck and arms, does that make it a ‘bodylace’?) it only took 30 seconds, so now I don’t want to leave home without it.
