Good things come in pairs. Like shoes, earrings, bikinis and fashionistas! See for yourself and check out the lovely ladies with killer style and gorgeous friends. I acquired these photos from Elle.com, Garance Dore and The Sartorialist.
I have not seen two women wear the LBD in such sophistication. Let’s go from left to right. Love the corsetry of her dress and her thigh-high leather boots. With her height and figure, no other adorment is required. The girl on the right also rocks. Love her strapless number, definitely one that can be layered and styled in different ways. Great accessories- pink is my new favourite colour so I am digging her pumps.
A hooded pair! I am really into capes these days and I have collected about 5 so far- suede and wool ones mainly. How chic is the hooded cape in this picture? Definitely a fan of booties as well, I own 5 pairs in cream, grey, brown, black and purple (my new Marc Jacobs ones)! These girls are head to toe in designer gear. Let’s see if we can name all the brands they are wearing: Chanel (bag), Fendi (belt), Christian Louboutin (peep-toe heels), hmm…not sure about the rest. I think the girl on the right looks a lot like Mary-Kate Olsen.
I had this picture as my laptop background for a month because I could not get enough of admiring the girl on the left. She seems to be leather-clad head to toe. I can not be sure if her skinnies are leather but it would be awesome if they were! She must be a model, I mean look at her legs! I like the splash of red in the ensemble, nice chunky messenger bag. And let us not forget her Rick Owens-like brown leather jacket *drools*
I would not be surprised if these two besties photographed themselves with their phones and then sent pictures to each other so they could look so coordinated! The funny thing is that they could even swap their tops and bottoms and they would still look fabulous! The grey cardigan would go beautifully with the stripey skirt. They could even swap sunnies, but maybe not shoes (the brown chloe sandals would not compliment the black attire).
A photo taken in Paris, I can tell because of the tall Obelisk in the backgrond.Everyone would want to be Yasmin Sewell’s friend. The stylish chief creative consultant and buyer for Liberty of London is an international fashion queen. Lovely blue blazer and jeans- she rocks the boyfriend look! She looks so hip in this thrown-together ensemble. I won’t even mention those gorgeous shoes! Her friend looks very effortlesly chic as well. I love her cream wool vest and the streamlined look created by the dark bottom half. They are a force to be reckoned with.
Great party outfits! This photographer obviously knelt down and shot them with worms eye-view. I like their individual outfits as well as their complimenting elements. They teach an invaluable lesson on how to look good in photos: do accessorize accordingly, do wear black unexpectingly, do flash some skin with restraint and do not forget your dazzling smile when photographed. I cannot decide which look I like more- they are both beautiful. I guess the girl on the right probably get brownie points for looking hot and comfy. I think it is ingenious how she teamed her tall gladiators with a pleated mini skirt.
Let’s see, what do these two ladies have in common? Lovely tops, great skirts, stunning heels, and they are both texting-addicts. I guess that is what happens when you own a Blackberry. You talk with your thumbs. These two show us that you can have great style at any age – just step out in gorgeous shoes.
looove these. although, i personally prefer not to share the spotlight, even with my most fashionable friends. ;]
