My beautiful friend Jess and I decided to pose against our boutique photo wall after we discovered that we were both wearing chain belts. Hers is a vintage Chanel necklace from Paris and mine was a winning from Ebay.
Jess is wearing a Bezoar Cashmere dress and Topshop hosiery. How cute are those knee-high socks!
I’ve got a Karla Spetic top, vintage leather skirt, necklace and shoes and my very precious vintage Hiroko Koshino knit jacket (a generous gift from my mother-in-law) on.

Ever since September 2009, the first time I laid eyes on a skirt from Karla Spetic’s AW10 collection at the show room, I could not wait until we had it in our boutique. This skirt, named ‘Lily’, has finally arrived! I’ve been wearing it nearly everyday. I shouldn’t be biased but it’s my favorite piece from her current collection. The printed silk is so pretty, and the full-skirt is so much fun! Here it is in the March issue of Vogue Australia. The whole set is so cute!

Karla’s skirt is 100% silk and even the lining is silk! She is the only designer I know who uses silk to line all her garments. It’s incredible!

Here I am enjoying a cup of English Breakfast in a vintage Weiss shirt, vintage belt, the ‘Lily’ skirt and Marc Jacobs butterfly booties. This was the first time I wore them since their purchase in August last year.

Recently we got a side board for the shop and we put all the labels we stocked on it. We did not leave out our mini cupcakes!

This is the gorgeous Karla Spetic herself. She is an amazing designer, who pays meticulous attention to her cuts (many of her tailored pieces are professionally made by a tailor), fabrics (all her garments are silk, wool, cashmere or cotton) and the make (all garments are made in Australia)

I cannot help but see the resemblance between the beautiful designer herself (in the photo above) and the prettily painted girls on the skirt. The Croatian designer is a stunner. She is creative and her clothes are so feminine and so wearable. We are so lucky to be her biggest stockist in Melbourne!

I gotta tell you, these 3 sisters are my muses. I look forward to changing their outfits every week. This time I concentrated on 3 designer labels.
1. Spijkers en Spijkers silk-blend dress with Alldressedup necklace and silicon bow belt
2. Alldressedup top and pants; Gail Sorronda silk jacket in the third picture, it is utterly heavenly
3. Alldressedup top and silicon and perspex necklace, Felder Felder ring skirt (my favourite piece from their SS10 collection)

Recently my sewing sisters visited me at the boutique. We attended a Sewing course run by RMIT last year where we learnt to make skirts and pants. You can see a picture of my very first skirt here. A bunch of us bonded over the sewing machines as we learnt how to thread them and how to read patterns. Most of us haven’t stitched a thing since the course but nevertheless we are a tightly knit group. My beautiful friends and I are modelling some colourful Alldressedup bags for your enjoyment.
