Hello my lovelies! Happy Friday! The bump is getting more obvious now isn’t it? :) Thank you for your well wishes as of late. Chian and I are truly blessed to have your amazing support and care during this very exciting (and albeit a little scary) time of our lives. I found particularly sweet some of the Facebook comments to my previous post about ‘How to Hide Thy Bump’, there’s a lot of encouragement to ‘show off’ the bump instead of disguising it. It’s not that I’m not proud of the bump, it’s just that right now it is at a questionable size: you know, that has-Cecylia-just-been-to-a-buff-and-pigged-out-size… Hence why hiding it seems more appropriate right now. But of course, when it is colossal and beyond masking, I will embrace it with more figure-hugging pieces, preferably in silk jersey (I’m looking at you Donna Karan). But seeing that I’m a very listener-attentive blogger, here is an outfit that reveals the bump a little more – meet my favourite Leonard St Hummingbird print dress :)
Leonard St Hummingbird Dress / Jude Silia Drop Earrings / Habbot Illusionist Heels / Vintage Leather Jacket, & Accessories
Oooh what a great giveaway! Good luck to the person who wins those lovely earrings :)
Really like that printed dress on you too, nice to see more of the bump! I think it’s good to both show off and downplay the bump – there will be days you want to do one or the other. Especially for those in offices with the bump, they try to hide it as long as possible, so you’re inspiring many markets with both your recent posts :)
indeed, depending on the day, one may choose to show off or hide their bumps- hopefully I’ve encouraged both camps :D
i wouldn’t notice you’ve pregnant if you didn’t mention! good job!!
i hope to see how you’ll dress when the bump get larger.

Firstly, congratulations Cecylia!!!
I am delighted to hear that awesome news!
Now, with regards to the competition, my favourite would have to be the Salis Petal necklace, it is just beautiful!
Thank you for the opportunity to win, and congrats again!!
hi Michelle, it is such a pleasure to hear from you! I agree, the petal necklace is so unique and such a statement necklace! Best wishes! And thank you so much for your well wishes!
Hi Cecylia
First of all great to meet you today at the “She Seminar”, always great to meet new people and people with flair. I am very intrigued to see where you take your next piece and how it fits in with your gorgeous growing bump. Love the new label Leonard St, and have already purchased a gorgeous jumper, (so following you will probably be detrimental to my bank balance) but who cares!……. Love the look you have presented, its funky and very you now that I have met you. Can’t wait to see more around the corner, now off to read your past blogs. Have a great one!
Yolanda
Hello Yolanda the pleasure was all mine! I was so inspired by Kylie, and cannot wait to implement the changes she has talked about. Leonard St is so much fun, very youthful and very chic! Lol it sounds like you deserved a treat, and plus when you treat yourself, you will automatically work harder :D Am I right? :) I can’t wait to show you my post tomorrow!
You look gorgeous! When my bump exploded after 4 months I had to change my posture completely. I managed not to buy any maternity clothes and found stretch is best. With funky jackets. Jude is very talented I look forward to wearing his new summer range out in October. ;)
Ooh you give me hope Lisa! I look forward to the next 4 months too :D I need to stock up on stretchy clothes
[…] I wore an Unreal fur jacket, a Keepsake dress, vintage clutch, necklace and Lovisa rings. To be honest, I usually choose the real thing over faux fur (go on, scold me, shame on me, the vet and all…), but this shaggy jacket is so warm I’m seriously considering sleeping in it. If one day I was to become homeless and petless, I’d still be ok. It’s as soft as Theodore! […]
