Day 3 of Rosemount fashion week rocked. I attended 4 spectacular shows including Lisa Ho, Talulah, Magalena Velevska, and Dhini, which were all pretty amazing, and also I went to see Yeojin Bae’s collection (before her actual show!). Can I just say that lately I’ve been getting so many sweet comments about how lucky I am to go to all the shows/showings, but I get the feeling that a lot of people don’t realise why I attend the shows. I went to Rosemount as a buyer for our boutique, not as a socialite! :)
Lisa Ho’s show was hands-down the most impeccably executed show I attended during RAFW. Set in the glorious space of the Gallery of NSW, front-rowers included movie stars, television celebrities and many many fashion editors. I actually didn’t have a seat ticket, but just before the show started I was asked to sit, maybe because my jacket was too bright, next to Simon Lock! I didn’t realise who he was until after the show. Simon Lock is the FOUNDER of fashion week! And there I was, commenting on how much I loved his lizard skin blue shoes, without an inkling…
These are my top 3 looks, it took me forever to choose because everything Lisa Ho designs is so chic and wearable.
I’m suddenly over the mis-matched phase and have become addicted to matching, maybe because I’m maturing… totally digging the brights together.
My jaw fell on the ground when I saw these colours together – ingenius! Who knew that mint and mustard would be so irresistible! This ensemble is wearable art.
Tantalising tangerine on a figure like hers = goddess status

Thank you Gallery of NSW for allowing (ie not forbidding) us to take photos inside. My pink Roksanda Ilincic jacket should look familar to you, as seen in this post.
I’ve teamed it up Spijkers en Spijkers Big Star top and ski shorts. All are available to be purchased from our boutique.
When I got back to the OPT, I was delighted to run into darling Margaret (of Shine by Three) again. So young, yet so hip.
After Lisa Ho, I enjoyed the candle light setting of Talulah. I have something amazing to show you in the next post. Stayed tuned!
What I wore:
Roksanda Ilincic silk gazaar jacket (available via pre-order)/Spijkers en Spijkers silk top and wool shorts/vintage belt/Pauric Sweeney bag/Viktor &Rolf scarf bracelet/YSL shows. Necklace made by me
**Oh and to my besties who read my blog- sorry about the scars on my legs, but I’m low maintenance, I don’t do foundation, except on Oscar the pimple**
