Hello lovelies! Hope you just had a brilliant weekend! Thank you for your well-wishes for my travels and for keeping in touch via Facebook and Twitter. I got back last Friday, worked as a vet on the weekend and in the wee hours of the night, managed to get this post ready for you as Part One of our holiday shenanigans in Singapore. Here are the first 3 days which consisted of meeting our beloved friends, boutiques, eateries and painting the town red, or should I say, in rainbow hues!

Outfit: Arnsdorf top, Edenborough Evans necklace, vintage necklace, belt and bag, Sophia Kokosalaki skirt (from Paris 99), Repetto shoes
I could not believe my ears when I heard that the ultimate Designer Vintage Sale was on again when we arrived! This was the place I scored the vintage Christian Dior set. Can’t wait to show you what I acquired this time :) Here I’m posing with Cary, the buyer of the biannual vintage heaven, carrying luxe ostritch pouches. They have every designer label under the sun, you can spend hours searching for beautiful mens and womenswear.

Another treat on our first day, was having dinner with the owner and founder of alldressedup, Tina Tan-Leo. She embodies style, glamour, intelligence and determination, is a successful entrepreneur and a beloved mother. To be taken out to dinner by a lady who I deeply admire was definitely one of the highlights of the trip.

Outfit: Miss Sixty Tee, vintage sunnies, earrings, shorts and bag, Ninja shoes
The highlight of Day 2 was meeting Singapore-based street-style blogger Viona Wang. The young and talented Economics graduate recently won a 3 months internship via Uniqlo with Elle.com in New York. Viona recommended that we visit Parco Next Next at Millenia Walk so we can check out the creative den of Singapore’s hottest emerging designers. So next I’ll show you one of my spoils…

Outfit: cousin’s cap, vintage earrings, top, Roopa Pemmaraju silk necklace, Felder Felder skirt, Jump from Paper Bonjour bag, Repetto shoes
Don’t you just adore nouveau designs? My giggles turned into unstoppable laughter when I saw this 2D bag posing as a 3D creation. How could I resist a bag that also worked my abs? Even the front pockets are real! It’s by a Taiwan label Jump from Paper, aren’t their bags phenomenal?!
Our time in Singapore was incredible. Spending time with family and friends were unsurpassable, even eating and shopping could not compare! I must admit, wearing all the colours of the rainbow also upped the joy ratings of the holidays. I am so thankful for the adventures, the memories and you, with whom I can share all of this with.
And last but not least, the ShoeSales.com.au gift-away has closed, the winner has been contacted and those beauties are heading your way darling girl! Stay tuned for the new gift-away this Friday!
Love always, Cecylia
