Last week one night after work, I got changed in the car and rushed straight to Chadstone Shopping Centre for the launch of Anton Jewellery‘s new collection. One of the great styles I’ve embraced as of late is the backless dress (thank God for stick-on bras, now there’s no excuse to go ‘free-range), I almost don’t look pregnant in the above photo (centre).
Anton Jewellery sure knew how to put on a show and spoil their guests. The famous saying that “Diamonds are a girl’s best friend” still rings true in this technology-driven age. In this oasis of the Fashion Capital, women knew exactly what tickled their fancy. Ladies queued up to try on diamonds, precious jewels and I was so tempted to join the Cartier watch line if it weren’t for the yummy canapés floating around and the stellar performance by Anthony Callea distracting me. Such an incredible voice, echoing through the pristinely polished marble walls of Chadstone Shopping Centre, his singing made it a night to remember, with memories to savour and moments to treasure. I’m still dreaming about that Cartier watch.
We didn’t get to capture many photos on the night, so thanks to AMPR for the images. However I wasn’t going to let you miss out on Anthony Callea’s voice! So here’s to a sparkly week ahead!
