Monday night, I attended the BMW Caulfield Cup Carnival Gala Launch with my date, Minki (whom I introduced to you here) and Jess where the Faces of Caulfield were announced: Abbotsford Jazz Singer Hetty Kate and Ivanhoe Personal Trainer Evan Spargo. I’m sure you’d agree with me that a good party needs 3 essential ingredients: a gorgeous crowd (hello models!), amazing food, and great drinks. Once you have these, everything else is icing on top (can you tell that I’m a cake addict?). Well this launch had all 3, and even more: a fashion parade (Caulfield Whitehouse Institute of Design Award ), cars and oysters (yes oysters deserve its own category). The folks at Caulfield Cup sure know how to throw a party. This is just a glimpse into what Spring Racing at Caulfield is going to entail!
