Hello everyone! Welcome to my 500th blog post! Have I got a lovely surprise for you! :)
I have been a Melissa fan since I was a little girl! Who can forget their childhood memories of wearing colourful jelly shoes? I remember running through the water, the rain, the beach with them, just because I could! Now that I’m a big girl now, I still adore them!
Here I am wearing my favourite Melissas- the Patchuli wedges, in Mauve, with a vintage jumper, brooch, sunnies, scarf and bag and my beloved Yeojin Bae silk skirt.
My Patchulis also come in 5 other delicious colours, see here! I was drawn to the delicate ankle strap, the peep-toe and the line down the heel, which is reminiscent of the lines running up the back of stockings in the 50s, utterly sexy. Melissas are super comfy, easy to care for, we can wear them in the rain and they have that delicious bubblegum smell. Theodore likes them too :)

I know exactly what you mean. Firt time I tried on a pair of Melissas’s I was on State Street in Chicago at Akira. I tried them on felt just like a little girl again bought three pairs that day aand walked out of the store with a pair on. They literally make a feel like a million bucks plus some. <3
