As you know, I’ve been a huge fan of Australian jewellery designer Paula Walden for some time now. Her ‘Hip to be Square’ ring rarely leaves my middle finger. I love her designs and in fact she is one stunner herself, see above. I’m not afraid to say that I am totally smitten, as the feelings seem to be mutual. Her recent birthday card to me read ‘ Dearest Cecylia, Happy Happy Birthday! It’s people like yourself whom keep this industry enlightened.’ And a few days ago she left me the sweetest phone message. Really hope to meet her one day :)
Paula recently sent me some pieces to play with for a photoshoot I was asked to style for, however in the last minute the MUA could not make it. But I wasn’t going to let these beauties get lonely! So I decided to get snap happy with sterling silver.
This is the baby grand ring my dear hubby bought me for my birthday, it is huge! Guess that’s why it’s a ‘grand’ piano. It sat beautifully as a fascinator on this horsie’s head. It is my desire to one day make you a vlog of me doing something I love more than anything else in the world- singing and playing piano. One day.
Amazing rings featured: My Grand Youth (piano), Pyramid, Direction, Three, Hip to be Square rings
Thank you Paula for everything! Cannot wait to meet you in August!
