Since I was a teen, I remember every time I went past the Mesa restaurant on 265 Johnson St in Abbotsford, I was intrigued by their Edwardian style homely appearance. I’d never seen a Greek restaurant that looked like a house before. So when I was invited to attend the revamped restaurant’s launch, I could not say ‘yes’ faster.
The guest list included a number of new models, fashionistas, bloggers, and Alex Dimitriades, the guest DJ. I’d met Alex whilst doing extras work. Didn’t know he was also a DJ! Looks like he’s not just a pretty face :D
The ever so dressed up Jenny Bannister, loving her bling! You know when you see 2 people with the same style or colour, it’s a trend. Leah and Micah’s pink lips just confirmed it!
The best -looking couple in online media – Daniel and Tanya from Fashionising.com. They certainly live up to their motto of ‘socialise fashionably’! And they’ve come in matching jackets! :)
My sweet friend Sarah of Sarah Style Emporium. I was so happy to catch up with her after her trip to Paris! The print of her dress is insane!
Talking of prints, you know what they say, when you see 2 people sporting a style, it’s a trend! Well you really cannot go wrong with pieces designed by Karla Spetic! The clarity of her printed silk and the exquisite tailoring is second to none in this industry. I’m so proud to be her largest Melbourne stockist.
Thanks J-Dawg for this beautifully-lit photo. Loving hubby’s red Lanvin tie! Hmmm…do I see 2 red coloured things in this picture?
Thank you Mesa for having us, for feeding us the most scrumptious Greek cuisine and for putting on this rocking party. It’s been a while since I last danced at a shindig! Although I’m asian, I’m actually quite Greek-at-heart, totally adore my souvlaki, so cannot wait to come back for a dinner date. We’ll meet again soon, Mesa!
