Right after I wrote my blog post about why I’m not attending the Races this year I headed to a Spring Racing Charity Luncheon and a Cup Day Breakfast/Before-party. So in a way, I still kept my word but still had an opportunity to celebrate. Hubby and I rolled out of bed on Cup Day and headed to Mon Bijou rooftop bar to help kick off the Racing festivities. How can one not get excited about a Champagne Breakfast? Guests soon flooded the top floors of Mon Bijou in their fabulous racewear attires and beaming smiles. Hubby clicked away with his mega camera while I indulged in an extra large caffeine and dairy hit with Bree Laughlin, model and presenter, who rocked an asymmetric By Johnny body-con dress so much that I cannot wait for MiniKee to exit me… :)
