As I dive nose-deep into my wardrobe detox this weekend (along with attending a launch and a wedding), I thought I’d show you a small collection of belts that I finally found a way of displaying. Being a hoarder collector I’m amassed a few hundred of belts over the years. They live in 3 drawers according to their widths. However being a visual person I end up not wearing the ones hibernating in the absence of my visual field. So wrapping a few around a headless and armless mannequin not only makes it an interesting piece of art (albeit a messy one), it also aids my indecision. Now I just need to get 2 more bodies for the other drawers…

What a great way to display your belts!
I have an organiser from Ikea I use for my belts and scarves – I think it was meant to be a tie organiser? Hubs uses his for his ties anyway. It’s a big rectangle full of circles basically, all joined together with a hook at the top, and really thin for hanging in the wardrobe. Until you bulk it up with belts and scarves of course!
ahh I know which style of organiser you’re talking about Mica!! That’s a great idea too for storing our belts and other accessories! You look so young to be married! Congratulations!
