Last night I had besties over for Cheeseday. Home-made sausage rolls (As seen on Instagram), roasted vegies, gourmet pizzas, wines, and of course mouth-watering cheese was served. One of the besties is an expert at baking. So naturally she whipped up a couple of Red Velvet Cupcakes for dessert to satiate our saccharine taste buds, complete with ‘ball-bearings’ and cream cheese icing. They are so good I’m considering giving it an acronym. Don’t you think that RVC has a nice ring to it? It had us reaching and Theodore spinning for more.
