I was packing for our get-away to Singapore and Hong Kong yesterday. It’s so tricky, because Singapore is renowned to cook its tourists but it’s actually chilly in HK. I try not to pack too much on holidays, and tend to bring an empty suitcase whenever I can, especially because Singapore and HK are the shopping meccas of the world. Hubby and I love traveling light, so I literally weigh up the ‘short-list’ with my hands and take the lighter versions. But when it comes to toiletries, I have a handful of essentials I cannot live without. These come everywhere with me.

Estee Lauder mascara, great for Asian lashes;
Clinique Compact Powder, touch-up on the go;
L’Oreal powder blush, brings circulation back to my face;
Yves Saint Laurent lipstick (also doubles as a pendant), all-time favourite lippie from dear friend and Make Up Artist Vicki;
Grown Day Moisturizer, organic, made in Melbourne, makes me smell really healthy;
Chloé skin cream, luxe and fragrant, instantly transforms me to air-flight mode and induces me to speak French. Oops wait, wrong destination.

I take Kohl, moisturisers and sunscreen wherever I can.. N no make-up for me.. I have a sensitve skin.. n i dun like putting make up anyways :D
