I mentioned in the previous post that to ‘cap it off”, there was a baseball cap customization station at the awesome MRP Launch Party. Calligrapher Carla Hackett granted guests’ heart desires with her edgy and steady brush strokes. By the time I discovered the customization corner, her list of requests was 3 pages long. Most people had down their names, but words such as “POW”, “Sup”, “Totes” “Bite Me” also made it to the menu. I struggled to come up with something personal and original. How can I compete with “Foxy” and “Babydoll”?

Then I remembered my boys. I have a habit of calling hubby “Honey” (hence why this post was so aptly titled), especially when we are at opposing ends of the house. Winston often parrots me, and it seems that he has inherited my lungs. My parents taught him our names. But to step it up a notch, and also to make hubby laugh, I recently asked Winston, “What’s Daddy’s other name?” Without skipping a beat, he chimed “Honey!”
