It has come to my attention the rise of the block heel. More sophisticated than flats, more comfortable than high heels and more sturdy than kitten heels, these chunky, mid-height heels have returned from the 60s with a modern makeover. Adding height inconspicuously, block heels are the perfect companions for your favourite wardrobe choices.
I’m also thrilled to see Italian shoe powerhouse Bruno Magli making a comeback. The label has been around since the 30s and I’ve always loved scouring for their shoes at op shops and on eBay. I kid you not, I used to wear a pair of Bruno Magli block heels to work as a vet! They were brown with a grosgrain bow. Vintage, of course.

最近我注意到中跟鞋开始流行了。其实二年前它们就已经回到时尚圈了。比平底鞋更有味道，比高跟鞋更舒服，比小跟鞋更坚固更舒适，中等高度的高跟鞋最先在60年代最流行，现在它们又回到了二十一世纪。中跟鞋不仅很容易配衣服，它也能加身高。
我也高兴地看到意大利制鞋牌Bruno Magli卷土重来。这个名牌在上世纪30年代诞地生。我一直都很喜欢在二手店里和eBay上找Bruno Magli的鞋。以前我作兽医的时候曾经穿着一双Bruno Magli的中高跟鞋工作！它们是棕色的，带有罗缎蝴蝶结。

I like the toga ones! Lovely shoes have a habit of trumping all else in my wardrobe.

I tend to be more the practical sort, so nice looking heels that are comfortable and stable get a huge tick in my book.
