Habbot Heels / Vintage Everything Else
There’s a reason why my dress is so wrinkled. And yes I am a little embarrassed. But there’s a good story behind it, so bear with me here.
Earlier on in the year, I made my way into an op shop, funny that. In a dimly-lit corner, a spotty silk number caught my attention. Since my pregnant body refused to play clothes-horse, I couldn’t actually try it on for size. But it’s silk, and it has spots, so it had to come home with me. Once it did, it joined the deep abyss of my closet. Until last weekend. Fortune was on its side. Still bleary-eyed from my midnight mothering duties, and being in a hurry, I blindly grabbed this dress. It turned out to be a perfect fit, well, almost perfect. Next time, I’ll give it the steamer-treatment beforehand.
Loving the Heels! Am in love with them.
