It’s nearly 2010! How was everyone’s Christmas? Did you all eat and drink in moderation or is that just wishful thinking?
During summer, everyone likes to wear dresses. As a result, the cute skirt is feeling left out. I thought I would pay tribute to another one of our favourite pieces of clothing. There are some crazy designs here- look out!

Actually I think this girl could be wearing shorts…oh well, the print is gorgeous and I am more in love with her sweet pink patent heels.

Amazing outfit- where do you get a quilted black mini like that from? I am not sure if it’s leather. Love her belt too.

Jane Aldridge of Sea of Shoes strutting her stuff in her backyard. Her vintage skirt is actually a rectangular cotton cloth with aeroplanes on it. There is also a pocket and waist ties. I want her Ann D lace-up boots!

Her belt looks familiar: ) Great blue suede ankle boots. I love this outfit. Polished eclectic street style – look how she shimmers.

A shop chic photo from Elle: crazy shoes, fun top, great skirt. The floral motive extend from the wall to her waist.

Don’t settle for all-black! Just add an artistic skirt for instant grown-up glamour. A little bit of cubism never hurt anyone. Love the colour combination and the thin lavender belt.

Jane’s puffy skirt is divine, it would be so soft to wear. A photographer and stylist in training…

So achingly chic and sleek. What is there not to love? Shall I start with the Louboutin sling-back booties or the Chloe pouch? Yeah, I want her layered skirt too. Here comes her yellow taxi.

I love fur. There! I said it. I love animals and do not condone killing them just for their skin. However I do have a soft spot for VINTAGE fur, they look fabulous on and they keep us glamorously warm. Below are a few stylish women who wear their pelts well.

I adore her cherry peep-toes and black culottes. Can you see her unusual stockings? How cute! I’m not quite sure about the headscarf though…

This is my favourite look and one I cannot wait to sport. Her vintage fur coat is just divine, the rolled-up sleeves gives her oodles of street cred. I love her voluminous mini and the ruched gloves. She looks like rock royalty.

A gentler take on fur: very fond of her yellow sleeves, colourful skirt and ankle boots. I bet every girl walking past her wished they could raid her wardrobe.

Hot or what?! Definitely a darling of fashion. This girl’s queen of hearts dress is so bright and quirky. She has awesome pins, those lace-up boots are Fall’s must-have. The fur vest look somewhat like hair extensions though….

It is the same girl from Photo2! This time wearing a foxy neckpiece, who needs a scarf? She is literally head to toe in brown! And she is wearing peep-toe-booties! Very sweet.

This is a very unusual take on black and white. Here we have an outfit composed of cotton and fur, a look of curly locks and straight lines. I love women who look effortlessly chic.
Smile for the camera! This lady in black sure knows how to balance proportions. Thumbs-up for the furry epaulettes on her shoulders. Is that a Chanel quilted bag she’s clutching?
