I’m not sure if you’ve noticed this too but there’s been a bit of an emphasis on watches lately. Smart or mechanical, it seems that watches are de rigeur at the moment.
Back in July, I received a FitBit Surge watch from hubby and a stunning Skagen mechanical watch from my parents-in-law for my birthday. In the past couple of months, I’ve also had the privilege of scoring some pretty fancy timepieces from the opshop.

The late Steve Jobs said “My favorite things in life don’t cost any money. It’s really clear that the most precious resource we all have is time.” I couldn’t agree with him more. Being a working mom, time truly is the most cherished commodity, and one that I’m forever pursuing.
So, it is time, to love and to share, to forgive and forget, to hope and to dream. It is time to live and to dare.
