Whoever invented the jumpsuit deserves a round of applause. Comfortable, chic and child-friendly, sometimes I think it could give the dress a run for its money. Yesterday I wore a silk vintage jumpsuit and was planning to photograph it for you but bubby dropped dollops of his lunch on it so it’s currently sitting in a bucket of cold water. Fingers crossed the papaya and beetroot colours can come out with the power of H2O. So instead, I have the pleasure of introducing you to this ultra comfy Chorus ‘Yoko overall’.
We celebrated a friend’s son’s first birthday as well as our mother group’s combined first birthdays this weekend, and there was a lot of birthday cake. I don’t eat cake anymore but I made an exception this time round :) Although I felt like a whale after eating them, the jersey fabric and adjustable waist tie of thisĀ culotte-jumpsuit made it possible to hide my cake baby…

Every girl needs these overalls in their wardrobes, especially girls that like birthday cake.
How was your weekend lovelies? What did you get up to?
Oooh I’ve never seen a wrap around jumpsuit like this before! :)
Sounds like a wonderful weekend full of parties and cake! Does this mean your little man is turning 1 soon? Wow how time flies! I’m pleased you could celebrate with your mother’s group – I’ve really been enjoying catching up with the ladies in my mother’s group too, it’s just nice having people going through all the same stuff as you, to reassure you now and then, haha!
Hi Mica, W turned one a few weeks ago already :D It was great to celebrate ‘again’ with our mother’s group. Yeah, before I became a mom I thought mothers groups were like ‘porridge parties’, boring and not to my taste, but my sanity has been saved by my mother’s group! :D lol
They are so fun! Perfect for 1 year olds!
I also love your hat!
x Kirsty
yeah these overalls are perfect for fashionistas on the go :) And who need to bend and sit regularly…
