Leonard St Keyhole Tee & Monsalvat Mini / Karen Millen “Softly Tailored” Jacket / Vintage Clutch / Dolce & Gabbana Sunglasses / Habbot Mornay Brogues
If you observed carefully, this diamond print monochrome ensemble is a two-piece, not a dress. Dress them up for Derby Day with a striking fascinator and sturdy heels, or down with a Tee or denim cut-offs, you’ll still manage to channel the 60s mod girl look thanks to the boxy shapes. I’m a bit of a late adopter of the waist-tie look because this previous winter of saccharine indulgences has left me devoid of a waist. So why draw attention to the problem? But thanks to a recent cold whereby all foods tasted like nothing I’ve managed to kick my sugar addiction. Well almost, over the weekend at Once the Musical I still managed to enjoy a Conoisseur icecream, or two, or three. Sweet lyrics such as “And I love her so / I wouldn’t trade her for gold / I’m walking on moonbeams” and “I don’t know you, but I want you all the more for that” in smooth Irish melodies continue to permeate my mind. That, and the Murray River salted caramel with Macadamia ice cream.
Love the look and didn’t realise it was a two piece until you pointed it out!
That ice cream sounds incredible and hope you’re feeling better!

It is! You can get Conoisseurs from the shops!
That is such a lovely print! And you’re right,t he pieces would look great worn individually too :)
I haven’t tried the caramel Connoisseur ice cream – I did have the cookies and cream one a few times during pregnancy when I had a craving for a magnum ice cream and couldn’t find one. Certainly the kind of ice cream that makes you want more than one though, haha!
I’m sure baby wanted some too :D It’s coming up to ice cream season soon!
