Stolen Shorts

by cecylia on March 23, 2012

Why is Cecylia wearing mens’ shorts, you’re probably wondering. The very obvious reason is that these photos are taken in Malaysia, a land whereby people eat at least 6 meals a day. I completely forgot the concept of hunger and can still vividly remember the endless meals and dishes that beckoned to enter my oesophagus. Since I foolishly packed miniskirts that are not wind-friendly, I had to resort to ‘borrowing’ from hubby his very comfortable shorts (so comfortable are these stripey cotton darlings that I was even able to play badminton in this ensemble). And the loose Nikicio silk shirt? The trompe l’oeil effect induced smiles and also hid a postprandial bulge. Oh, and it was also hand-wash-friendly.

Where: a train station in Kuala Lumpur

Wear: Nikicio shirt, vintage shades & bag, vintage Jaeger shorts, Midas flats

Have a great weekend lovelies! I’m off to some weekend work, a wedding and quality cake-eating time with the relatives.
