Since we just celeberated the Melbourne Cup, we decided to have a special post dedicated to the races, and the horses. Well done to all the ladies who put in so much effort to dress in their best, accessories matching, truly bewitching.
I found a vintage horse statue and draped our most spectacular piece of Mawi (pronounced ‘Moi’) jewellery over it as the rein. You can see the designer Mawi in this post and you can see more Mawi pieces here.
Here it is the 14 karat gold plated necklace in its entirety. The gecko is so cute! This is one serious piece of neck jewel.

I don’t think I have met anyone who doesn’t like blue, or Alexa Chung, for the matter. Blue is a great colour- the colour of the ocean, of pretty eyes and gorgeous frocks. I have a blue Pauric Sweeney bag and I tend to wear blue a lot in summer, see this post.
